Our primary mission is to provide quality care to children in a safe, healthy and nurturing environment. Kids’ Care Club provides an academic curriculum that promotes social skills and school readiness, while encouraging children to develop at their own pace. Kids’ Care Club Child is dedicated to providing a learning and nurturing environment that supports the development of each child. Our goal is to provide appropriate activities to develop each child socially, emotionally, physically, linguistically and cognitively through child and teacher guided exploration. Our program follows accreditation standards established by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) – a widely recognized mark of high quality for Preschool and child care centers.
The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is the largest organization of early childhood educators in the United States. Only child care centers that meet the high quality standards can be accredited by NAEYC. It takes months of study, preparation and implementation to achieve this status. Of the more than 80,000 child care centers operating in the United States, only about 7% have earned this accreditation. NAEYC Accreditation requires a long term commitment to meeting strict standards. We are proud to have achieved this level of EXCELLENCE. Kids’ Care Club Child Development Centers’ faculty, administration, and staff are strong, varied, and talented individuals who have been drawn together for a common purpose. We are committed to furthering the values of early childhood education in a nurturing, caring and educational environment.
At Kid’s Care Club, we strive to only hire the most qualified teachers in the Early Childhood field. Approximately 75-80% of our staff have college degrees. In addition, all of our teachers are fully qualified and many of them have Child Development Permits or Certificates. We also encourage all of our teachers to continue their education, as the field of Early Childhood Education is constantly evolving.
Our teaching team comprises of a wide range of experience levels. Not only do many of them have years of experience teaching with a variety of age groups, several of our teachers have been with KCC for a number of years. We believe their hard work and dedication is directly influenced by our continuous support of their creativity, patience, and talent. Without our happy, knowledgeable, and caring teaching staff, Kids’ Care Club would not be able to provide such a successful Preschool Program.
