The day at Kids Care Club begins with a warm welcome. As children arrive, they are greeted by teachers who understand the importance of starting the day with a friendly and comforting routine. This time is used to ease the transition from home to school, fostering a sense of security and belonging.
Circle time is a cornerstone of our TK day. It’s a group gathering where children and teachers unite for songs, storytelling, and sharing. This time is crucial for building community, enhancing listening skills, and setting the tone for the day’s activities.
Following circle time, children engage in structured learning activities. These activities are designed to develop literacy and numeracy skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Taking advantage of the beautiful weather in Rancho Penasquitos and 4S Ranch, outdoor play is a significant part of the day. Children participate in structured physical activities and free play in our safe, age-appropriate outdoor areas.
