Festival of Music Parade

The Fête de la Musique, which later became known as World Music day, originated in France on June 21st, 1982. It is a world wide music celebration that is celebrated annually on the summer solstice, or June 21st. In honor of this fun tradition, the children will be making their own instruments in class and have fun going “on parade” around the playground.
