4S Ranch Testimonials
We feel very fortunate to have found Kids Care Club – 4S Ranch for our family. Our daughter Kylie started in the infant room at 4 months, where all the teachers are so loving and nurturing. She has learned so much from them and loves going to class! Now at 18 months, she is chatting up a storm. We feel comfortable dropping our girls off because we know they are getting the best possible care at Kids Care Club. Our family loves it at KCC!
KCC is great! High quality teachers coupled with an outstanding curriculum make this a wonderful child development center. Management, teachers and staff all make an effort to know the families personally. It feels like we are leaving our child with family. The teachers go over-and-beyond what is required to ensure the best quality care and development—they genuinely care and enjoy what they do. Our son loves going here daily to see his friends and teachers. Thank you KCC!
KCC has been invaluable to our children’s development. Having a specific curriculum for our children to learn from is clearly noticeable in their development. KCC has multiple communication vehicles that re-enforce what the school and our sons’ classrooms are doing specific to the curriculum, so we are always connected, informed and involved. We have been impressed with our [Pre-K] son’s vocabulary, thinking skills, and how he expresses himself, which is difficult for us to work on at home with a 2 parent working family. Equally important, his social skills and confidence in himself would not be where they are had it not been for KCC. All of the staff is friendly, accommodating, and always look like they love what they do!
Both my daughter and son attend KCC. I love that the values and manners we teach at home are continued during their day at KCC. The structure, routine and educational aspects at KCC have helped my [older] daughter to develop so many skills, including advancing educationally, working with others, addressing conflict and building friendships. My [younger] son has so much fun everyday that I have a hard time getting him to leave [school]. The staff and teachers are so friendly, patient and nurturing, many of them now feeling like they are a part of our family.
We’ve had children at Kids’ Care Club since 2004 and wouldn’t trust anyone else to help us achieve the socialization and academic goals that are so important before they reach Kindergarten. Kids’ Care Club offers the perfect match between an organized/rigorous curriculum with the personal touch of staff you truly trust.
Our son has been attending Kids’ Care Club for over 3 years, and we have been greatly pleased with his care and development, both academically and socially. The staff and administration do an excellent job with open communication, providing weekly newsletters, and listening to our input. Through written reports, emails, periodic parent involvement meetings and family-oriented events, we always feel very involved, and our questions are always answered promptly and completely. The overall environment at Kids’ Care Club fosters a partnership between us, as parents, and the school in our son’s development.
We love Kid’s Care Club. Both our children go to school here. Our daughter, Greenlee, started in the Snuggle Bunny class at 4 months old. She had a very easy transition, mostly in part because the teachers in the class are so wonderful. They are always excellent at communicating to us how her day went and the new developments that have happened. Greenlee has been a slow mover and always hated tummy time — but together, we worked on getting her more floor time and more tummy time, even if she cried. The first time she crawled was to greet me at the gate when I came to pick her up. I also often see [the teachers] cuddling her or giving her kisses. I know the teachers truly care for and love my daughter the way I would at home.
Rancho Penasquitos Testimonials
We often recommend Kids’ Care Club in Rancho Penasquitos! Our son has attended this accredited preschool since summer 2011. Two and a half years have passed quickly, and we continue to be impressed with the quality and variety of academic and social activities: Holiday Parties, Halloween/Fall Festivals, Christmas Shows, and the Animal shows are especially fun. He is now in the Pre-K room and at 4 years old, he writes his full name legibly, independently counts to over 39, and can count by tens to 100. Proof that the program is effective and fun: he has spontaneously sung the Zoo-phonics, “Days of the Week” and “Months of the Year”songs in the car! We are thrilled that he’s firmly on track for Kindergarten. In fact, my mother-in-law, a former elementary principal, was so impressed with KCC’s program, she is using the optional homework to prepare her other grandchild for Kindergarten. We are very happy with the curriculum and the teachers at KCC.
We have been with Kids’ Care Club from the infant room to the pre-K room and have recommended it to friends. It is such a warm and caring environment. Every teacher in the school recognizes and greets each child by name. Our children’s teachers stop and talk with us every day to tell us how our kids are doing, and they prepare [portfolio] binders and [assessment] forms showing their progress. We don’t have typical parent fears about whether our kids are on track or struggling with something because the teachers keep us informed. KCC teaches our kids the way we want them to learn, in a relaxed atmosphere with phonics for reading, manipulatives for math, and a lot of effort spent on social and emotional development. The emphasis is not on racing to a particular skill to check off the list, but on building a strong foundation for learning and the emotional control to deal with the challenges that lay ahead. Not only that, KCC has also taught my children a love for learning and respect for their teachers that will serve them well as they go on to elementary school. My children love KCC so much; every day they ask if they can stay longer instead of heading home.
We have absolutely loved our experience at KCC. We have a 7 year old who graduated from KCC, and now have an almost one year old in the infant room. The [infant room] staff is always so positive and happy to see my little guy, which makes me feel really good when I have to say “goodbye.” We can see the effort they put forth everyday to care for, nurture and really engage each and every child in the [infant] room. They always communicate with us when there are any concerns, via phone call or in detailed notes – and also share all the positive things our son has done that day. Before we found KCC, there were so many other childcare centers we looked into. Nothing came close to what we finally felt and have now experienced at KCC. We are thoroughly impressed; feel completely confident that our son is well cared for. We would recommend, without reservation, that anyone looking for a safe and loving environment for their infant or child look no further! We really can’t say enough about how wonderful it has been for our family!
Our family has been with Kids’ Care Club for over a year and we have been extremely happy with the care our children are receiving. All of the teachers are extremely thoughtful and caring; they have watched our children grow from when they were just babies. They have been instrumental in the growth of our children, the teachers work daily on the development of all skills necessary for them to thrive. Building social and emotional development skills has been of utmost importance to me as I have recently learned my oldest child has Autism. I was not sure how Kids’ Care Club would react to this finding, but as soon as I notified them they were more than willing to help. The teachers and staff have strived to build relationships between our family and staff, but most importantly teaching our children about relationships among their peers. As a NAEYC certified program, this center not only cares for your children, but has a structured program where learning takes place and prepares them for a bright future.
My son started showing signs of being extremely shy at less than a year old. When he started at Kids’ Care Club at two years old, his teachers were so kind and nurturing with him that he soon began asking to go to school. Drop offs were still difficult for our son all the way until his pre-K year, but each of his teachers were ready every morning with hugs just for him. I don’t know how they do it, but they always have enough time and love for each of the children in their care. Kid’s Care Club’s positive reinforcement and redirection behavior plan is perfect for helping students learn how to act around their peers, as well as how to behave during learning time and play time without the need for any punitive action.
