KCC staff are strong, varied, and talented individuals who have been drawn together for a common purpose. The strength of our program comes from our staff’s commitment to excellence. Each staff member has the creative freedom to carry out our education philosophy in individualized approaches alongside a co-teacher.

We offer both new and experienced teachers an environment where they can grow as early childhood educators in an energetic and collaborative setting. All staff members are selected on the basis of their early childhood education background, teaching experience and personal qualities. Every member of our staff is professionally trained in child development as well as CPR and First Aid Certified.

Staff Development

Kids’ Care Club hosts triannual staff development days dedicated for teachers to participate in training sessions to equip them with the latest information and skills to be industry-leading early childhood educators.

Team Building

A fun and supportive environment helps us do our best work as educators. That’s why we make space for team-building events like seasonal parties, camping trips, ax throwing, and more!

Funded Education

We always look to support the further education of our teachers. Kids’ Care Club has professional development funds to support your educational plans and goals at local community, private, and technical colleges.
